Planning the Perfect Party with Paperless Post

Fall is easily the busiest season for me. I feel like there is a different party, wedding, or event every single weekend. The back to school parties are already in full swing and Labor Day weekend is already here! Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas will be here before we know it! For those of you throwing these parties, the planning side of things can often get overwhelming. So overwhelming, in fact,  that you resort to a Facebook invite because you just don’t have time to think about addressing envelopes! That’s why I’ve teamed up with Paperless Post today to show you how easy it can be get designer made invitations for all of your events. Check it out!

Paperless Post is like an online party planning must have tool and It serves as your invitation designer and your post office. Everything can be done from their user friendly website. They have options for Thank You Notes, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Showers, Holiday Invites, and much more! And they handle all of the leg work for you.

You can send your invitations two ways. Either you can do it all online and send the most beautiful e-vite ever or send an actual paper version.

For online cards, it is delivered to your recipients inbox and it looks like an actual invitations. There is even a little animation of the the envelope opening and also of the card coming out! Most of the cards online are free and TOTALLY customizable. You pay for sending them out. And it costs ‘coins’ which you can purchase on their site. Sending a card online is less than the cost of a stamp!

If you have some friends and family who are a bit more old school, you can send the exact same invitations as paper goods in the mail. For these, you pay per invitation but paperless post handles everything. They’ll even address your envelope for you!

It’s really the best of both worlds. Send email invites to your tech savvy friends and paper ones to people who can’t even remember their email passwords!

The best part is that they have the most beautiful stationary designs including kate spade new york, Oscar de la Renta, Jonathan Adler, and John Derian. Here are a few of my personal favorite below! Also, most of these come in sets so that you can match different invitations for different events.

Wow the time you save with this would be unimaginable. You already have enough to do when planning a party: guest list, table arrangements, food, entertainment and more. So one less step means a little less stress. Of course I would have to do both choices of email and traditional because everyone doesn’t check their email.

Hmm, I’ve never really given paperless planning tools a thought but I can totally see how handy they’d come in for large dinner parties and the like!

I love the idea of sending evites to some friends and paper invitation to others. I love the feel of a paper invitation and I have friends (and family members) who don’t do evites, so this is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

They do some amazing things these days with invitations on line. And as a parent who throws parties for his daughter, I can see the cost cutting measure that this would be as well as the simplicity of it all. I will have to check them out.

Good to know! I like this a lot actually, and I also like the photography used here to illustrate the process against the backdrop of your blog! Nicely done!
