I’ve been noticing a ton of Amazon packages hitting my doorstep lately. Actually, I noticed because my UPS man said, “Man, I see you everyday!” I wasn’t really sure how to take that, but OH WELL! He’s right. So I figured, I should share what I’ve been buying with you guys here. You can click the photo to shop or the links below!

60″ Tripod for DSLR | I recently decided that I needed a tripod for my DSLR (Sony A6000) camera. Basically with my sister and fave photographer, Kylie, both graduated and gone, Keith has been left to take all of my blog photos. The problem with this is that SOMEONE has to keep Kate and Keith has to work when she’s at Mother’s Day Out. So that leaves ME! I know bloggers do it all the time, but I was nervous about the quality of the picture. Turns out, it’s AWESOME! And it allows me to run and grab photos whenever the lighting is good or I have a few minutes to myself.
This tripod is SO affordable and pretty great quality for the price. So far, it does everything that I need it to do and more! One day, I might invest in a nicer tripod, but for now, this one is FANTASTIC! It would be great for anyone with a DSLR camera who wants to be able to take family photos!
DSLR Remote | This is the second half of the whole, ‘taking my own photos’ thing. It was super easy to set up. It literally took 3 seconds. And it has 2 buttons, one for an immediate shutter and one with a 2 second delay. The immediate shutter is great if you’re not in the photo, but since you have to point the remote at the camera, the 2 second delay is perfect for me. It give me enough time to hide the remote by throwing it, stuffing it in my shirt, or hiding it behind my skirt!
Amazon Echo Auto | This is a NEW exciting thing that Keith and I got. A while back, I mentioned that I wish I could bring Alexa in my car because it’s so dangerous to use your phone at all while you’re driving and I hate looking at my phone to change songs or choose a song I really want to hear (like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse – haha)! So we looked it up and saw that they are making an Echo for the car! Unfortunately, you have to sign up to get one as they are still in the testing phase, but a month or so later, we got a notification that we were accepted, or our number came up and we could buy one!
So far, we had a little trouble setting it up, but it’s working great! And I can play whatever I want or ask the weather or whatever from the drivers seat without taking my eyes off the road!
Rust Floral Dress | I’m LOVING this dress! It has a bit of elastic smocking at the waist that makes it super flattering. And I’m into things with side slits lately, I guess it’s a trend. This dress has perfect side slits. I think it helps when you’re super short like me! It gives the dress a bit of flow and allows me to tie it up if necessary!
Blue Floral Dress | This dress is sooo cute! It runs a bit small, I think. I sized up to the 8 for my bump and it fits JUST SO. I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it much longer in my pregnancy! If you’re not pregnant, I still might size up one size!
Navy Dotted Tiered Dress | This one is a winner. It comes in a TON of colors and 3 styles – long sleeved, short sleeved, and sleeveless. I sized up for my bump but I think it runs roomy. I couldn’t totally stuck with my normal size!
Toddler Knit Boot Socks | These are the cutest little things in the whole world. I bought Kate a new pair of brown mary janes for fall and wanted to have some mid rise open knit socks to go with them. These are precious. I ordered her the 0-12 month and I think they’re going to be great for this fall. She has tiny feet and is only wearing a size 3 as of now! They’re not thick and they almost look lacy when you put them on Kate’s feet. They’re the cutest ever! $10 for 6 pair!
iPhone Tripod & Remote | This was the first remote/tripod set that I tried. This is specifically for phones. It works with both iphone and android! It has a remote with it that is bluetooth connected and works like a charm. The legs are bendy and I’ve wrapped them around trees, and railings and even my car mirror. This is GREAT for anyone. That way you can grab a quick shot of your family anywhere AND everyone can be in it! No more asking a stranger! It’s pretty small at only about a foot long so it would be easy to keep in your car for quick access.
Toddler Knee Socks | I’ve been eyeing these since Kate was born but thought they would be way to big for her last fall. They might’ve been but maybe not! So I finally ordered them and they are SO GOOD! I ordered the ones for shoes sizes 1-4 first. But those are a little small (they fit but maybe not for long) so I went ahead and ordered the next size up. So if your babes are inbetween, I’d size up in these! Otherwise, they’re PERFECTION! $15 for 5 Pair!
Gold Curtain Rod | I chatted about this a few days ago when I was hanging the curtains in Max’s room, but I’m seriously so excited about the quality of this rod. If you’re looking for a curtain rod, I highly recommend this one!
Gold Curtain Rings | I talked about how curtain rings are the difference between a professional install and an amateur curtain install. If you want somewhere in between, then these rings with the little clips are perfect. I also love these because if Kate were to pull on the curtains, I don’t have to worry about the whole rod coming down on top of her. Just the curtain will come down which is a much less scary!
Toddler PJ Set | Kate is growing so quickly lately. Which is fantastic because for a while, we were hanging out in the 10th percentile for height and weight! We officially hit the 30th and that means, she’s getting so big so fast. She’s already growing out of some of the PJs that I bought at a recent consignment sale and it’s a little alarming. Since PJs are our most worn item of clothing (work from home mom probs), I need to have lots laying around. I recently grabbed these from Amazon for $17 and the quality is SO great! They’re soft and so cute. I grabbed KAte the 12-18 month pair and they’re still a bit big but I know she’ll grow into them sooner rather than later. Kate is little, though, so I’d say they run TTS!
