It’s November ALREADY, which means it’s our wedding month. Keith and I are so ready to be married. We’ve really been enjoying our pre-marital counseling sessions lately. They have really given us a clear idea of what it means to enter into a marriage covenant with God and with each other. If you are dating and thinking about marriage or engaged, I highly suggest going to some counseling. The book were are using is called Preparing For Marriage. It makes you answer the hard questions now so that you aren’t taken by surprise. It has encouraged Keith and I to really evaluated ourselves, our personal relationships with Christ, and how we worship and grow together in our love for the Lord.
The more I learn about relationships and marriage, the more I am sure that I could NEVER be a good wife or friend to Keith without the Holy Spirit’s guidance. I am not good enough on my own, of that I am sure. There is such a peace in knowing that both Keith and I stand firmly planted in the Lord and that I can be sure that Keith is making his decisions based on the same thing that I am: God’s will for our lives as a couple.
I am so excited to be married to Keith and to begin our lives together seeking God’s will and discovering his plan for our life.
Now… Onto today’s design. It’s that time of the year where it starts get harder and harder to get up and go to work everyday. The holidays are coming, the weather is nice and all you can think about is the things you need to be doing at home or the errands you need to be running. As a solution to the ‘Holiday work slump,’ I propose a Desktop Makeover!
