A year or so ago, when moving my sister into her apartment in Waco, TX, my mom got the CUTEST wall mounted blanket ladder from Magnolia. She paid around $60 for it on sale and every since then, I’ve been kicking myself for not getting one as well.
I have the perfect spot for it and a leaning blanket ladder wasn’t going to work for my kids and dogs. I searched and searched for one but most I found were super farmhousey and that’s NOT the vibe I wanted. I prefer clean lines and timeless shapes.
I finally gave up trying and decided to make one myself. I found this super inexpensive ladder on Amazon and grabbed some curtain rod hook that had a screw in them to tighten around the rod and within 30 minutes, I had EXACTLY what I’d been envisioning.
