Happy Almost Valentines Day! I just LOVE the idea of Valentine’s day. I know for single people it can seem annoying and slightly depressing but I’ve always thought of it as a day of showing appreciation to people we care about. Your Valentine can be your mom, best friend, sister, or even your pup! And most importantly use February 14th to remind yourself and those around you about the best and most pure love that comes from Christ. This ‘Lovers gonna love’ shirt is a great reminder!
This year, Keith and I are keeping it simple. We’ve booked a hotel room about 5 miles from our house so that we can have a mini ‘staycation’ to celebrate Valentine’s (the real reason is that we both wanna get away from “our mess” where someone has cleaned and washed the sheets FOR US!). We’re going to skip the fancy dinner and order pizza and watch movies. I can’t wait!
