I (apparently) have suits on the brain lately. I wore the cutest pastel blue suit in THIS post and here I am with another suit centered post. When I saw this shorts suit, I figure it was WAYYY to good to be true, but it’s not and I’m in heaven. Why? Because it’s under $30!
Shop My Look:
I wore this last night to a salon opening and got so many compliments on it. I kept telling people, “It’s sooo cheap.” Someone told me I should keep my secrets, but I just can’t! It’s it my nature to share my finds when they’re this good.
I’m wearing a medium in the top and bottoms. I’d say the shorts fit perfectly with a little bit of room to spare and the blazer is totally oversized. I could have sized down in the jacket it I wanted a more tailored look (although, I don’t think that it’s cut very tailored).
The color is SO spectacular and the fabric is a (probably imitation) linen!
I paired it here with a knot front tee that is less that $10, some sneakers and my signature dirty hair look! But last night at the opening, I wore a white breezy tank, some nude strappy block heels, and actually fixed my hair and makeup! So I think you could easily dress this up or down.
Probably my favorite part of investing in suits is that they can ALWAYS be worn as separates. So not only do I have a cute suit, but I also have some adorable red shorts to pair with any tee, and a linen blazer to throw over a sundress or with a pair of jean shorts! Multiple outfits in one! WIN WIN!
