Styling A Baret for Fall

I love a good trend. But I love a trend EVEN more when it’s a super easy to pull off, inexpensive trend. For instance, when Gucci slides are a trend, I can’t allow myself to partake. But when a simple french hat is all the rage, I’m allll over that! I’ve been drooling at all of the well dressed ladies donning baret’s this season so I had to jump on that train and grab one for myself. The good news is that most baret’s are less than $20 and can make a REAL statement.

I love the styling of this outfit. I didn’t mean to, but I actually was able to pull off several trends in one outfit. The sock bootie, the plaid boyfriend blazer jacket, and the baret. Look at me go!!! HAH!

Would you believe me if I told you that EVERYTHING I’m wearing (minus the Chanel and the jeans, sorry) is under $50! I’m all about a good deal, guys. And I like to share them with you. I go through clothing faster than anyone I know. So I don’t want to spend more than necessary,

This jacket is so cute. It’s more of a coat, really. Meaning that it’s pretty warm and would totally serve if you live in the south. Northerners, I’m totally and completely clueless about how to dress for your weather. SORRY! The colors in it are what make it really unique. But it’s still neutral enough to wear with anything.

I paired it with this super inexpensive baret in the rusty red color. I love it! This baret comes in 3 colors including a mustard yellow which is such a great color this fall!

I didn’t think I was going to like sock booties with skinny jeans, but these jeans have just the right amount of give at the ankle to really make them work! I actually LOVE it!!
