Is it nearly August already? Maybe it’s because we have a 1 year old, but this year has been flying by! I couldn’t let summer pass us by without sharing some great new products that I’ve been playing with lately! From skin & hair care to sweet tea, I’ve been trying it all!
First things first, I’ve been diving back into my collection of Colleen Rothschild products. I have a little stash already but I was SUPER excited to get a few new products as well as a FULL size Radiant Cleansing Balm. I started using the cleansing balm last year and fell in love, but after my little tube ran out, I never got around to replacing it, but now I have a FULL sized tub and I can’t WAIT to start using it again. My face gets velvety smooth and my pores have never felt so clean! One of my favorite things about using this cleanser is the muslin cloth it comes with! You can wet it with warm water and put it on your face after applying the balm for a mini facial!
I also received both the Matcha Tea Treatment Toner and Sheer Renewal Cream. It wasn’t until recently that I realized what a difference toner can make when added to your skincare routine. It helps absorb the excess oil and delivers hydration that you might’ve removed from the cleansing step! The Sheer Renewal Cream is the cherry on top. This is the money product here! It amplifies the anti aging by accelerating cell turnover and dulling the appearance of wrinkles! A HUGE win in my book!
Next up on my skin care must try list is this Ozeaderma Sunscreen. Anti Aging properties in a sunscreen? It’s like double the fun! It’s made from 100% natural ingredients with no sulfates, parabens, or any of that nasty stuff. Ozeaderma Sunscreen also boasts a non animal tested, vegan formula! This is a product I know will be on repeat. I’m a huge fan of wearing sunscreen daily and to have one that also has anti aging properties is so awesome!
I was so please when I recieved my new Zenni Sunglasses in the mail! I’ve been needing a funky new pair and these black metal cat-eye ones are SO fun! The coolest part about Zenni Eyewear is that you can choose from 7 different lens colors and six different fingerprint resistant mirror finishes. Meaning each pair of frames is completely customized for what YOU want! And they have sun great affordable options to choose from!
I’ve been meaning to dive into the world of sulfate free shampoo & conditioner for some time now so I was pumped to try the new White Wine Shampoo & Conditioner from Hask. It’s free of sulfates, parabens, drying alcohol, and artificial colors. The wine extract is packed with antioxidants that help strengthen and soften hair. And the grape seed oil is rich in Vitamin E and helps to smooth hair and prevent frizz. I need all the help with that I can get! I’ve loved what it’s done so far but I like to try hair products for several weeks before I give the final say! Hask product are available at Ulta & Walmart!
The last thing we’ve been trying in our house is this Iced Tea from Straight Up Tea. Keith and I LOVE tea and were so excited to try out this all natural tea. No ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS. And it tastes DELISH. They offer several different options like sweet, unsweet, and sorta sweet (keith’s fave)! I love that it’s made from real tea leaves and nothing artificial – all natural!
