Happy Friday, Everyone!

Is it just me or did this week take forever? I’ve been fighting off all of the sinus/allergy mess that fall always tends to bring, but that hasn’t stopped me from preparing a great Fashion Friday for you guys! This casual look is my current fav. Don’t be surprised if you see me sporting it EVERYWHERE I go.

Is it just me or is the ‘Tie a shirt/jacket around your waist like its 1999’ trend looking cuter than ever. There are some trends from the ’90s that I pray never come back, but this one (along with one-strapping your backpack) I’m forever OK with.

This shirt is AWESOME SAUCE. If you’re short, like me, you may want to get it in a petite size because it is way long. I’m mastering the tuck and pull here to make it not look like a nightshirt. Banana has a really nice selection of these easy-breezy long sleeve tops. I want one in EVERY color. I basically live in these all winter long. Can’t wait to pair this one with soooo many other things in my closet.

I’ll try not to fill your feeds with nothing but stripes this fall, but I can’t promise anything!

You know when you find a pair of jeans that just WORKS? These are them for me. They are Old Navy’s Rockstar jeans and they fit like a glove. I have them in black and dark wash as well and I plan on investing in more soon. They fit my thighs without leaving that dreadful gap around my waist. I ALWAYS order the petite size because they are the PERFECT length for my 5’2″ frame.

Also, This lipstick is EVERYTHING! It’s Mac ‘Russian Red’ and I’ve never found a better shade, ever. Thanks to My NYC roommate Mary to introducing me to it.
